An Easyjet Airbus A320-200, registration G-EZPD performing flight U2-3072 from Munich (Germany) to London Stansted,EN (UK), departed Munich's runway 08L when the crew reported they had a bird strike upon rotation and requested the runway to be checked. The aircraft stopped the climb at FL060 and returned to Munich for a safe landing on runway 08L about 25 minutes after departure.

The flight was cancelled.
