An Allegiant Airbus A320-200, registration N232NV performing flight G4-842 from Saint Petersburg,FL to Syracuse,NY (USA) with 137 people on board, was climbing out of Saint Petersburg when the crew stopped the climb at about FL270 due to a hydraulic fault and decided to return to Saint Petersburg. The aircraft landed safely in Saint Petersburg about 90 minutes after departure.

A replacement A319-100 registration N325NV reached Syracuse with a delay of 4:45 hours.
