An Allegiant Airbus A320-200, registration N232NV performing flight G4-1592 from Punta Gorda,FL to Milwaukee,WI (USA), was enroute at FL320 about 60nm west of Jacksonville,FL (USA) when the crew reported two flight attendants were injured as result of severe turbulence and decided to return to Punta Gorda. The aircraft landed safely back about 75 minutes after departure.

The FAA reported two flight attendants received minor injuries when the aircraft encountered severe turbulence about 40nm south of Cross City,FL (USA) (about 120nm southwest of Jacksonville).
