A post flight inspection however revealed the #3 tyre/wheel assembly was not installed on the axle.
The Canadian TSB reported the missing assembly was subsequently located at Goose Bay Airport. A replacement wheel assembly was installed at Deer Lake and the aircraft flew back to Goose Bay. A TSB investigator present in Goose Bay on other work took photos of the wheel assembly left behind. The TSB requested further data off the airline.
