A Qeshm Air Avro RJ-100, registration EP-FQV performing flight QB-1227 from Bandar Abbas to Dashte Naz (Iran), was climbing out of Bandar Abbas when the crew stopped the climb at FL240 due to the failure of the weather radar and decided to return to Bandar Abbas, where the aircraft landed safely back.

The aircraft remained on the ground for about 11 hours, then departed again and reached Dashte Naz with a delay of about 12 hours.
