A Neos Boeing 767-300, registration I-NDOF performing flight NO-279 from Phuket (Thailand) to Milan (Italy), was enroute at FL340 about 180nm northnorthwest of Delhi (India) when the crew decided to turn around and divert to Delhi due to the cabin temperature controller being unable to get the temperature below about 38 degrees C. The aircraft descended to FL140 and landed safely in Delhi about one hour sfter leaving FL340.

The aircraft remained on the ground in Delhi over night for maintenance and continued the flight the following day reaching Milan with a delay of about 18 hours.
