A Yamal Airlines Canadair CRJ-200, registration VQ-BPA performing flight YL-9870 from Moscow Domodedovo to Salekhard (Russia), had just reached FL320 after departure from Moscow Domodedovo Airport when the crew reported an engine oil indication and requested to return to Domodedovo Airport. While descending through FL140 towards Domodedovo the crew declared emergency reporting they had shut down the right hand engine (CF34) due to a low oil pressure indication. The aircraft landed safely on Domodedovos runway 14R.
