An Air Canada Airbus A330-300, registration C-GHKR performing flight AC-836 (dep Mar 13th) from Toronto,ON (Canada) to Madrid,SP (Spain) with 214 passengers and 10 crew, was enroute over the Atlantic Ocean about half way into the flight when the crew received indication the pressure of the yellow hydraulic system had dropped to zero. The flight crew worked the related checklists, consulted with maintenance and continued the flight to destination. The flap rate was reduced and the right hand thrust reverser was inoperative. The aircraft landed safely in Madrid.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance found a worn seal at a yellow hydraulic pressure manifold supply check valve causing a leak. The valve was reinstalled with new seals.
