A Kelowna Flightcraft Boeing 727-200, registration C-GTKF performing flight KFA-285 from Hamilton,ON to Winnipeg,MB (Canada) with 3 crew, was climbing out of Hamilton when the crew received a #3 engine (JT8D, right hand) low oil pressure filter bypass indication, the oil pressure appeared normal. The crew actioned the relevant checklist, reduced the engine thrust and the indication extinguished. The aircraft stopped the climb at FL190 and returned to Hamilton for a safe landing about 30 minutes after departure.

The Canadian TSB reported the oil filter was found contaminated, the #3 engine needed to be replaced.
