An Air Canada Rouge Boeing 767-300, registration C-GHLA performing flight RV-1864 from Toronto,ON (Canada) to Orlando,FL (USA) with 282 passengers and 8 crew, had just started the descent towards Orlando in the vicinity of Jacksonville,FL (USA) when the aircraft experienced turbulence and an uncommanded roll to 30 degrees right bank while descending through FL360. The crew disconnected the autopilot, rolled the aircraft wings level manually and informed ATC. ATC suspected a Boeing 747-400 flying 8nm ahead of the Boeing 767-300 was causing wake turbulence. The aircraft continued to Orlando for a safe landing.

The Canadian TSB reported following the occurrence an offset track was setup for the 767 and the flight continued without further incident.
