A Germanwings Airbus A319-100, registration D-AGWG performing flight 4U-825 from Milan Malpensa (Italy) to Cologne/Bonn (Germany), was enroute when the speed scale was removed three times from the first officer's primary flight display and returned together with fault messages concerning the Air Data and Inertial Reference Unit (ADIRU) #2. The aircraft continued to Cologne for a safe landing.

Maintenance deferred the defect underlining the necessity to perform further trouble shooting and returned the aircraft to service about one hour after landing. During the following night ADIRU2 and associated Air Data Module (ADM) were replaced.

Germany's BFU reported on Jun 26th 2017, that the occurrence had not been reported to them.
