A Cargojet Boeing 727-200, registration C-GCJB performing freight flight W8-570 from Vancouver,BC to Winnipeg,MB (Canada) with 3 crew, was enroute at FL290 about 120nm southeast of Calgary,AB (Canada) when the crew noticed reducing hydraulic fluid quantity for the system A. The crew actioned the relevant leak isolation checklist, the leak was stopped when the hydraulic system was shut down. The crew continued to Winnipeg for a safe landing about 85 minutes later.

The Canadian TSB reported the leak was traced to the system A hydraulic power unit, the aircraft is currently being repaired.
