An Air Canada Boeing 787-900, registration C-FRSO performing flight AC-850 from Calgary,AB (Canada) to London Heathrow,EN (UK) with 211 people on board, was enroute at FL370 about 200nm west of Iqaluit,NU (Canada) when the crew observed buffeting and a slight roll requiring rudder input to counter act. The crew observed the #10 spoiler was floating about 4-6 inches above the wing surface. The crew decided to divert to Toronto,ON (Canada), where the aircraft landed safely about 2:45 hours later.

The Canadian TSB reported the crew did not declare emergency, the operator is investigating to determine the nature of the fault.
