A passenger reported the captain announced they had a nose gear steering problem and needed to be towed to the apron.
The return flight JQ-740 was cancelled.
The occurrence aircraft remained on the ground in Launceston for about 4 hours, then performed flight JQ-750 to Sydney,NS (Australia) maintaining routine communication, but is on the ground in Sydney since (for about 10 hours).
