A Nepal Airlines Boeing 757-200, registration 9N-ACB performing flight RA-225 from Kathmandu (Nepal) to Bangalore (India) with 156 passengers and 8 crew, was enroute about 90 minutes/half way into the flight when the crew decided to return to Kathmandu due to a hydraulic failure. The aircraft landed safely in Kathmandu about 3:10 hours after departure.

The airline reported a hydraulic leak prompted the return. Engineers are examining the aircraft.
