Corendon Dutch B738 at Frankfurt on Oct 31st 2016, suspected burst tyre on landing

A Corendon Dutch Airlines Boeing 737-800, registration PH-CDE performing flight CND-1191 from Marrakesh (Morocco) to Frankfurt/Main (Germany), landed on Frankfurt's runway 07L at a normal speed, rolled out and vacated the runway via the last high speed turn off P6 but stopped after crossing the hold short line reporting they suspected they had blown a tyre during the landing roll, the left hand brakes were hot, emergency services should check their tyres.

The aircraft remained in position for about 90 minutes, then was towed to the apron.

On Nov 1st 2016 The Aviation Herald received information that the left hand inboard main tyre was found blown, the left hand outboard main tyre was found deflated.

The occurrence aircraft returned to service 31 hours after landing.
