An Avianca Fokker 100, flight O6-6224 from Belo Horizonte,MG to Brasilia,DF (Brazil), blew two tyres while landing on Brasilia's runway 11L. The aircraft rolled out safely and stopped on the runway being disabled. No injuries occurred, the aircraft received minor damage, the passengers disembarked onto the runway and were bussed to the terminal.

The aircraft was towed off the runway about 3.5 hours later, the runway was re-opened shortly thereafter.
