A Tulpar Airlines Yakovlev Yak-42D, registration RA-42373 performing flight TU-9333 from Moscow Vnukovo to Naryan-Mar (Russia) with 96 passengers and 8 crew, veered right off Naryan-Mar's runway while landing in good visibility and nearly calm winds. The aircraft came to a stop about 15 meters off the paved surface of the runway with all gear on soft ground. No injuries occurred.

The airport was closed for about 5.5 hours until the aircraft was moved back onto paved surface and towed off the runway.
