A Fedex Federal Express Airbus A300-600, registration N750FD performing freight flight FX-142 from Memphis,TN (USA) to Vancouver,BC (Canada) with 3 crew, was descending towards Vancouver in contact with Seattle,WA (USA) Air Traffic Control when the crew declared emergency due to the loss of fluid in the green hydraulic system. The crew requested to be towed off the runway in Vancouver and continued for a safe landing in Vancouver. The aircraft was towed off the runway.

The Canadian TSB reported a case drain tube in the right hand engine had chafed through under a clamp and was leaking hydraulic fluid. The drain tube also serves as a filter bowl return line which is pressurized.
