A Pinnacle Airlines Canadair CRJ-900 on behalf of Delta Airlines, flight 9E-3551/DL-3551 from Minneapolis,MN to Memphis,TN (USA), was on final approach to runway 36R when the crew reported they had a little bit of medical emergency on board and requested to land on runway 36L and have an ambulance meet the aircraft at the gate. The crew subsequently reported a male passenger, aged about 20-25, had a diabetic issue. The aircraft landed on runway 36L about 3 minutes later and taxied to the gate.
