A Eurowings Boeing 767-300, registration D-ATYE performing flight EW-152 from Cologne (Germany) to Bridgetown (Barbados), was enroute at FL340 about 430nm west of Paris (France) about to enter the Atlantic Crossing when the crew decided to turn around and divert to Paris Orly (France) due to a technical problem. The aircraft landed safely on Orly's runway 24 about 75 minutes later.

Passengers reported the announcement by the crew remained unclear whether it was an electrical or hydraulic problem or both.

The airline reported a technical problem with the APU, the passengers were taken to hotels, the aircraft is being repaired in Paris and estimated to continue the flight the following day.

On Mar 26th 2016 the aircraft departed Paris after about 16 hours on the ground and reached Bridgetown with a delay of 16.5 hours.
