A Jetblue Airbus A320-200, registration N775JB performing flight B6-215 from Boston,MA to Dallas Ft. Worth,TX (USA), was on final ILS approach to Fort Worth's runway 35C when the crew reported a minor gear issue, adding brakes, and asked whether they could go hold somewhere, tower (obviously distracted by seeing some smoke at a taxiing aircraft) queried "you want to hold in the air?" followed by "that's affirmative" and the controller stating "well, tell you what, if you don't want to land, let's cancel the approach clearance" and provided a vector for the go around. The aircraft subsequently climbed to 6000 feet and entered a hold to work the checklists. The aircraft landed safely on runway 35C about 25 minutes after aborting the approach.

The airline reported a possible mechanical issue prompting the crew to go around out of abundance of caution. The aircraft landed safely on its second approach and taxied to the gate on own power and steering.
