An Air Canada Rouge Airbus A319-100, registration C-GKOB performing flight RV-1874 from Calgary,AB (Canada) to Los Angeles,CA (USA) with 135 people on board, was enroute at FL360 about 540nm southsoutheast of Vancouver,BC (Canada) in US airspace over Nevada when the crew received an ECAM message "Hydraulic Green Low Level", worked the related ECAM actions and did the necessary performance computation. The crew subsequently contacted dispatch who advised to either return to Calgary or divert to Vancouver. The crew decided to divert to Vancouver, informed ATC and requested a tow truck to meet the aircraft on landing. The aircraft landed safely in Vancouver about 90 minutes later, a tow truck awaited the aircraft on taxiway M5 and towed the aircraft to the apron.

On Dec 15th 2015 the Canadian TSB reported maintenance identified a hydraulic line at the left hand thrust reverser isolation valve was leaking and replaced the line.
