A Porter Airlines de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration C-GLQM performing flight PD-255 from Toronto,ON to Ottawa,ON (Canada) with 45 passengers and 4 crew, was descending through scattered cumulo clouds towards Ottawa when the aircraft encountered moderate turbulence causing both flight attendants to hit their heads at the cabin ceiling, one received an additional foot injury. The aircraft continued for a safe landing, the two flight attendants were taken to a hospital.

The Canadian TSB reported the fasten seat belt sign was illuminated at the time as the flight crew anticipated some turbulence, cabin crew was still working. Both flight attendants were taken to a hospital and were diagnosed with minor injuries.
