A Rossiya Boeing 737-500, registration EI-CDE performing flight FV-472 from Omsk to St. Petersburg (Russia) with 77 passengers and 5 crew, was climbing out of Omsk when dispatch informed the crew that fragments of a tyre had been found on the departure runway. The crew decided to continue to St. Petersburg where the aircraft performed a low approach confirming the inner right hand main tyre had separated from the wheel. The aircraft landed safely.

A post flight inspection revealed the inboard right hand main tyre had separated from its wheel producing dents at the right hand flaps.
