A Komiaviatrans Let L-410, flight KMA-29 from Syktyvkar to Inta (Russia) with 15 passengers, overran the end of the runway while landing in Inta and came to a stop in a snow drift. The aircraft was stuck in the snow drift, the passengers needed to disembark and were bussed to the terminal. No injuries occurred, the aircraft did not receive any damage.

The aircraft was unable to perform the return flight however.

The airport offers a runway 02/20 of 1450 meters/4750 feet length.

The airline operates four L-410s, tailnumbers RA-67021 through RA-67024.

No Metars are available, the local weather station reported around the time of the landing at approximately 09:30L (00:30Z) temperatures between -24 and -20 degrees C, dew point -26 to -22 degrees C, light winds from the Northeast, visibility 35+ km, bright.
