A Pegasus Airlines Boeing 737-800, registration TC-AVP performing flight PC-196 from Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen to Diyarbakir (Turkey), was climbing through FL230 out of Istanbul when the crew decided to return to Sabiha Gokcen Airport reporting problems with the cabin pressure.

The occurrence aircraft was able to resume service after 5 hours on the ground.
