A Boliviana de Aviacion Boeing 737-300, registration CP-2554 performing flight OB-405 from Cobija to La Paz (Bolivia) with 137 passengers and 6 crew, was on approach to La Paz's runway 28 but veered off the runway during the roll out. There were no injuries, the aircraft sustained minor if any damage. The passengers disembarked onto the runway and were taken to the terminal, the aircraft was towed to the apron.

The airline reported that preliminary investigation identified a hydraulic failure during the landing resulting in the runway excursion.
