A Sky Regional Airlines Embraer ERJ-175, registration C-FEKI performing flight RS-7353 from Washington National,DC (USA) to Toronto,ON (Canada) with 76 people on board, landed on Toronto's runway 24R and taxied off the runway when the crew received a hot right inboard brakes indication, the temperature continued to rise prompting the crew to request emergency services to attend the aircraft. The wheels were chocked and the brakes temperatures began to drop. The aircraft taxied to the gate. When the aircraft stopped at the gate the crew was informed that parts of the brakes were found on the runway and there was a hydraulic leak at the right hand brakes.

The Canadian TSB reported the #4 brakes assembly was found damaged, brake and tyre assembly were replaced. The #3 brakes assembly was also replaced due to the overheat condition from the neighboured brakes. A Service Difficulty Report was filed.
