A Hawaiian Airbus A330-200, registration N395HA performing flight HA-3 from Los Angeles,CA to Honolulu,HI (USA), had just reached FL330 about 120nm west of Los Angeles when the crew reported a fuel leak and decided to return to Los Angeles. On the way back the aircraft the crew reported they were no longer leaking fuel and expected a normal landing, no equipment needed on standby. The aircraft levelled off at FL190 and entered a hold to burn off fuel descending to 11,000 feet in the hold. The aircraft landed safely on Los Angeles' runway 25R about 70 minutes after leaving FL330.
