A Cebu Pacific Airbus A320-200, registration RP-C3273 performing flight 5J-639 from Manila to Puerto Princesa (Philippines) with 153 passengers, completed what appeared to be an uneventful flight. A nose gear tyre was found punctured after landing however.

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines reported that the damage appeared to have been caused by a foreign object. A runway inspection at Puerto Princesa found no debris on the runway, another runway inspection in Manila was conducted but also did not find any debris.

The aircraft remained on the ground in Puerto Princesa over night and returned to service the following morning.
