A Cebu Pacific Airbus A320-200, registration RP-C3277 performing flight 5J-771 from Manila to Pagadian (Philippines) with 179 people and 6 crew, was enroute at FL330 about 120nm northwest of Mactan (Cebu City) when the crew received indication of a flight control aileron servo fault and decided to divert to Mactan for a safe landing.

The aircraft was able to continue the flight after 70 minutes on the ground and reached Pagadian with a delay of 100 minutes.
