A Cityjet Avro RJ-85 on behalf of Air France, registration EI-RJR performing flight WX-123/AF-3140 from London City,EN (UK) to Dublin (Ireland), landed on Dublin's runway 28, however, the tail of the aircraft contacted the runway surface twice immediately after touchdown. The aircraft rolled out without further incident and taxied to the apron, both tower and crew maintained routine communication.

The aircraft departed for its next scheduled flight WX-222 to London City on schedule and continued service.

The airline reported the aircraft received "light scuffing to the tail strike indicator".

Ireland's IAA and AAIU confirmed they are aware of the incident.
