A UTAir Boeing 737-400, registration VQ-BIF performing flight UT-369 from Moscow Vnukovo to St. Petersburg (Russia) with 74 passengers and 6 crew, was enroute at FL320 about 110nm northnorthwest of Moscow and about 220nm southeast of St. Petersburg when the crew shut the right hand engine (CFM56) down. The aircraft drifted down to FL200 and subsequently descended to FL180. The aircraft continued to St. Petersburg's Pulkovo Airport for a safe single engine landing about one hour after leaving FL320.
