An Alliance Airlines Fokker 100, registration VH-XWM performing flight QQ-814 from Perth,WA to Leinster,WA (Australia), had just reached cruise level 350 when the crew initiated an emergency descent due to the loss of cabin pressure. The aircraft subsequently returned to Perth for a safe landing.

A replacement Fokker 100 registration VH-XWP reached Leinster with a delay of about 2.5 hours.
