An Ak Bars Aero Canadair CRJ-200, flight BGM-503 from Kazan to Moscow Domodedovo (Russia) with 20 passengers and 3 crew, was climbing out of Kazan when a crack developed on the windshield prompting the crew to return to Kazan for a safe landing.

The flight was cancelled, the passenger were rebooked onto the next flight.
