The East Siberian Investigation Department of Transport reported that the aircraft became stuck on the runway due to snow when the aircraft attempted to turn off the runway and needed assistance by tow trucks. The Office have opened an investigation into the performance of the airport responsible for proper maintenance and safety of the runways.
