An Expressjet Embraer ERJ-145 on behalf of United, registration N11155 performing flight EV-4223/UA-4223 from Chicago O'Hare,IL to Dayton,OH (USA), landed on Dayton's runway 24R when the aircraft struck a coyote on the runway during roll out. The crew reported they struck it right at touch down with the nose wheel, the aircraft taxied to the apron without further incident. The runway was closed for an inspection.

The FAA reported the aircraft received damage when it struck a coyote on landing at Dayton.
