Jazz DH8C near Quebec City on Jun 13th 2012, loss of cabin pressure

A Jazz de Havilland Dash 8-300, flight QK-8696 from Montreal,QC to Sept Iles,QC (Canada) with 19 people on board, was enroute at FL250 about 20nm southwest of Quebec City,QC when the crew donned their oxygen masks and performed an emergency descent reporting they had lost cabin pressure. The aircraft diverted to Quebec City for a safe landing about 18 minutes later.

The Canadian TSB reported the cabin had climbed to 11000 feet at 1200 feet per minute when the crew received a master caution and cabin pressure warning prompting them to don their oxygen masks and initiate an emergency descent. The TSB is waiting for further information from the airline.
