A Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-300, registration N382SW performing flight WN-326 from Pittsburgh,PA to Baltimore,MD (USA), was on a right base to Baltimore's runway 28 descending through 2500 feet MSL when the aircraft flew through a flock of birds heading eastbound, the crew described them smaller than geese. The crew continued for a safe landing on runway 28 maintaining routine communication throughout landing and taxi.

The FAA reported the aircraft sustained minor damage when it received bird strikes on approach to Baltimore.
