A Delta Airlines Airbus A330-300, registration N811NW performing flight DL-232 (Aug 4th) from Seattle,WA (USA) to Amsterdam (Netherlands), was on approach to Amsterdam's runway 18R (Polderbaan) when the crew indicated a hydraulic problem requiring them to stop on the runway. The crew advised they needed to stop on the runway and required a tug to get off the runway. The aircraft landed safely on Polderbaan at a normal speed, gear doors open, and stopped on the runway. The aircraft was subsequently towed off the runway to an adjacent taxiway, the passengers disembarked via stairs onto the taxiway and were bussed to the terminal. The runway returned to service after being swept.

The occurrence aircraft was able to depart Amsterdam as flight DL-265 about 10 hours after landing.
