A Fedex Federal Express McDonnell Douglas MD-10 freighter, registration N372FE performing flight FX-150 from Indianapolis,IN (USA) to Toronto,ON (Canada) with 2 crew, was on final approach to Toronto's runway 23 when the first officer's airspeed became unreliable and oscillated prompting the crew to declare emergency with the approach controller. The aircraft continued for a safe landing on Toronto's runway 23 about 3 minutes later.

The Canadian TSB reported the first officer's Air Data Module had failed and was replaced. As a precaution the Air Data and Inertial Reference Unit (ADIRU) #2 was replaced as well. A full system check revealed no fault.
