An Expressjet Embraer ERJ-145 on behalf of United, registration N12540 performing flight EV-5835/UA-5835 (dep Apr 14th) from Chicago O'Hare,IL (USA) to Quebec City,QC (Canada) with 46 passengers and 3 crew, landed on Quebec's runway 24 and rolled out safely at 01:55L (05:55Z). The aircraft was subsequently instructed to vacate the runway via (intersecting) runway 11 and taxi to the terminal via taxiway D. The crew acknowledged, but a minute later called reporting their nose gear was on the grass.

The Canadian TSB reported the aircraft was expected to turn left onto runway 11 but made the turn about 150 feet before the intersection, the crew believing to already be on runway 11, and got stuck on grass. The passengers disembarked, then the aircraft was towed to the apron. There were no injuries and no damage to the aircraft.
