A Federal Express Airbus A310-200 freighter, registration N455FE performing flight FX-1435 from Memphis,TN to Hartford,CT (USA) with 4 crew, was descending towards Hartford when the crew needed to shut an engine (JT9D) down due to a fuel supply issue. The aircraft continued for a safe landing on Hartford's runway 24 about 20 minutes later and taxied to the apron.

The airport reported the engine was shut down after a fuel line became blocked.
