Regional 1 CRJ1 at Calgary on Feb 11th 2014, leak from both fuel caps

A Regional 1 Airlines Canadair CRJ-100, registration C-GRIA performing flight TSH-1404 from Calgary,AB to Fort MacKay Albian,AB (Canada) with 23 people on board, was climbing out of Calgary when fuel leaks from both left hand wing and right hand wing fuel caps were detected. The aircraft stopped the climb at FL326, returned to Calgary and landed safely about 40 minutes after stopping the climb.

The Canadian TSB reported the aircraft had departed with 10,000 lbs of fuel and landed with 7,600 lbs of fuel remaining. Both wings' fuel caps were removed and significant ice buildups found under the locking/unlocking tabs.
