An Easyjet Airbus A319-100, registration G-EZFK performing flight U2-637 from Liverpool,EN to Isle of Man (UK), was climbing out of Liverpool's runway 09 when the crew stopped the climb at about FL080 and descended to 5000 feet reporting a hydraulic failure. The aircraft landed safely back on Liverpool's runway 09 about 30 minutes after departure.

A replacement Airbus A319-100 registration G-EZGF reached Ronaldsway Airport at the Isle of Man with a delay of 80 minutes.
