Passengers reported there was a bang and the aircraft began to vibrate when the aircraft climbed out. The crew decided to return to Guayaramerin identifying a bird had impacted the aircraft. After landing cracks were detected in the right hand wing's leading edge bending part of the leading edge upward just outboard of the right hand engine.
