A Ural Airlines Airbus A320-200, registration VQ-BDM performing positioning flight U6-9888 from Moscow Domodedovo to Ekaterinburg (Russia) with 7 crew, was enroute at FL350 about 45nm southeast of Nizhny Novgorod when the crew initiated an emergency descent (average rate of descent 4200 fpm) to FL090 due to the loss of cabin pressure as result of the loss of the #2 bleed air system. The crew continued the flight to Ekaterinburg at FL090 for a safe landing about 3.5 hours later.
