Maintenance in Komatsu was able to repair the aircraft, which continued the journey to Bangkok after about 5 hours on the ground in Komatsu.
The aircraft, still in all white colours, was on its flight from the lessor in the United States across the Pacific Ocean via Alaska and Russia to join City Airways. City Airways is based in Bangkok (Thailand) and currently operates two Boeing 737-400, N270PL will be transferred onto Thailand's aircraft register and join City Airways' fleet.
