An Air Creebec de Havilland Dash 8-100, registration C-GTCO performing flight YN-921 from Val d'Or,QC to Waskaganish,QC (Canada), was in the intial climb out of Val d'Or when the crew observed the oil pressure of the right hand engine (PW120A) fluctuated. The crew shut the engine down and returned to Val d'Or for a safe landing 8 minutes after departure.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance found an O-ring in an oil pipe at the fuel oil heat exchanger had fractured.
